Meet Fees

Any teams having over 50 runners are asked to create a B team with unlimited entries.

The Tennessee River Classic Hosted by Brooks High School will be held at McFarland Park in Florence, AL. The address is 650 McFarland Park Road, Florence, AL.

*****IF YOUR TEAM HAS OVER 50 RUNNERS, PLEASE CREATE A B TEAM FOR THE REMAINING RUNNERS.

*Varsity Girls 1-4A 8:00 a.m. - 5k race

*Varsity Boys 1-4A 8:30 a.m. - 5k race

*Varsity Girls 5-7A 9:00 a.m. - 5k run

*Varsity Boys 5-7A 9:30 a.m. - 5k run

**JV Girls 1-7A 10:00 a.m. - 2 mile run

**JV Boys 1-7A 10:30 a.m. - 2 mile run

**Due to limited participants in the JV races, both races will run 1-7A together.

**Results and Awards will be separated into 1-4A and 5-7A.

**If there are more runners than expected, we will divide the divisions for JV races to 1-4A and 5-7A.

INFORMATION FOR OUT-OF-STATE SCHOOLS

*Small Schools Division: 399 students or less in grades 10-12 (Alabama 1A-4A)

*Large Schools Division: 400 students and up in grades 10-12 (Alabama 5A-7A)

*ALL, including out of state, private schools arerequiredto multiply the number of schools in grades 10-12 by 1.35% in order to determine the division your school is eligible to compete in.

Sanctioning

The Tennessee River Classic is sanctioned through the AHSAA for Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Due to teams participating in the Tennessee River Classic hosted byBrooks High School from states that border Alabama, sanctioning approval willnot appear on AHSAA or DragonFly Max. Awards

Team Awards- Top 3 teams in each division receive a trophy.

Individual Awards- Top 3 finishers in each division will receive a medal. Top 15 in each division receive a t-shirt.
