All new Middle School Championships in Oakville, Alabama presented by Gatorade.

    The 2025 Gatorade Middle School and Youth XC Championships, located at the iconic Oakville Indian Mounds Park and Educational Center is brought to you by the Jesse Owens Runners Club who put on some of the best cross country meets in the South.  Meet Director Stan Johnson and team are elevating the sport with the introduction of the all new 2 mile middle school races and 1 mile races.

    The meet is open to all runners from 4th grade to 8th grade.  The 4th grade boys and girls will race a 1 mile championship race.  Grades 5-8 will each compete in a two mile race at historic Oakville Indian Mounds.

    Each participant in the event will receive a t-shirt along with other complimentary swag.  There will be special awards for the Top 15 individuals in each division. they will receive a Nike backpack provided by RunningLane and the Top 3 teams in each division will also receive trophies.  Along with the individual and team awards the top individual in each race will receive a case of Gatorade.
