All schools must enter a 2-mile relay team online before they enter the open 5k.
5K OPEN RACE & 2 MILE RELAY (minimum of 5 runners)
No school will be allowed to run open runners without a full relay team.
( exceptions must be approved in advance)

3:00 P.M. - BOYS OPEN 5K
3:25 - GIRLS OPEN 5K
3:55 P.M. - GIRLS/BOYS FLIGHT #1 ( RUNNERS 5,6,7)
4:10 P.M. - FLIGHT #2 ( #4 RUNNER FROM EACH SCHOOL)
4:25 P.M. - FLIGHT #3 ( #3 RUNNER FROM EACH SCHOOL)
4:40 P.M. - FLIGHT #4 (#2 RUNNER FROM EACH SCHOOL)
4:55 P.M. - FLIGHT #5 ( #1 RUNNER FROM EACH SCHOOL)
5:15 P.M. - AWARDS
