This race is for AISA Schools, and other schools/organizations who have been cleared to participate in  AISA cross country events. 

Fees:

$150 for Varsity (5+ runners, boys and girls combined)

**Same as we have done for the other races this year

Checks can be made payable to "The Capitol School"

2:15 -- Course will open for walk through

3:00 -- Coaches Meeting at  Timing Truck

Elementary Race (1 mile) 3:30 

JV/Middle School (2 mile) 4:00 -- Boys and Girls to run together

Varsity/High School (5k) 4:40 -- Boys and Girls to run together

Awards to follow as soon as possible!

Awards:

Individual -- Elementary Top 10 Males and Top 10 Females, JV Top 10 Males & Top 10 Females, Varsity Top 10 Males and Top 10 Females

Teams -- Plaques for 1st and 2nd Place JV Male Teams and 1st and 2nd Place JV Female Teams -- Plaques for 1st and 2nd Place Varsity Male Teams and 1st and 2nd Place Varsity Female Teams. Since we are the final elementary race of the season, we will also award the first place Boys Elementary team and the first place Girls Elementary team. 

This course will include grass, gravel and dirt trails. Courses will be well marked, with mtn. bike lead and tail. Large roots and rocks will be spray painted for visibility.

Elementary and 2 mile course -- 2 mile will be a double loop. White denotes the turn for the second lap. Elementary will run the yellow course exactly as shown.

5K Course -- this is a double loop course. White denotes the turn for the second lap.
