Order of Events
*8:30 5000 METER RUN - We are going to run 1 heat with boys and girls and we are only looking for your top runner(s) that want the opportunity to race 5000 meters on the track. If the boy hasn't run under 10:30 in the 3200 or the girl hasn't run under 12:30 don't put them in this event. We will take them out.

Top 3 medals for each event (boys and girls)
*In the past we split the competition into two divisions (1-3A and 4-7A), but over the past few years we have had a lot of the trophies not received during or after the awards ceremony so it is clear we are awarding too many trophies. Therefore, we have decided to only award one division: 1A-7A.
