SHE DID IT! Robinson: Forty feet at Patriot Relays Madison, AL » Grissom junior Dominique Robinson recorded a shot put mark of 40' 9" at the Patriot Relays last weekend. The three-time 6A Shot Put champion, who recently held an intervew with AlabamaRunners, became the first Alabama prep thrower over the forty-foot mark in several years--according to records available to AlabamaRunners, the first person to achieve the milestone since Sonya Ellis of Williamson set the 5A state record at 44' 7" in 1991.
