    • This session will cover essential guidance on nutrition, training season layout, and personal development. Ashley shares her experience in developing top-tier athletes, from walk-ons to Olympians, while Joe offers practical advice on optimizing nutrition for peak performance. These insights are perfect for athletes refining their paths or setting ambitious new goals.
