TIME SCHEDULE: EASTERN TIME
9:00 EST Boys Varsity Race - (5K)
9:40 EST Girls Varsity Race - (5K)
10:30 EST Combined Boys-Girls JH - (3K)
Official timing will be cut off at 30 minutes for the 5K's so we can get ready for the next events and start on time. IF your athlete can not run a 5K in 30 minutes you will need to get their time.

Varsity Teams: $100 per team ($100 boys +$100 girls = $200 MAX) -- Unlimited Entries
Junior High (grades 7-9 ONLY): $50 per team ($50 boys + $50 girls = $100 MAX) -- Unlimited Entries
Individual Runners (non-team scoring): $20
