TIME SCHEDULE: EASTERN TIME
9:00 EST Boys Varsity Race - (5K)
9:40 EST Girls Varsity Race - (5K)
10:30 EST Combined Boys-Girls JH - (3K)
Official timing will be cut off at 30 minutes for the 5K's so we can get ready for the next events and start on time.
**IF your athlete can not run a 5K in 30 minutes you will need to get their time.

Varsity Teams: $100 per team ($100 boys +$100 girls = $200 MAX) -- Unlimited Entries
Junior High (grades 7-9 ONLY): $50 per team ($50 boys + $50 girls = $100 MAX) -- Unlimited Entries
Individual Runners (non-team scoring): $20
