Indoor State 2021 - I ran a new PR and broke the school record and at that moment finally felt like it had all been worth it.

Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most and why?
Running 5:13 in the mile at Sectionals this year was so exciting for me. Just a year ago I couldn't get below 5:35.
If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your running career in high school?
I would have started training with Runninglane sooner.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome during your HS Track career?
I had about 6 different coaches through my career and all the turnover really made everything really difficult. I also didn't have any girls my speed to run with so training alone almost every day was really hard.
What will you miss the most?
Coach Will from Runninglane
Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
If you're a distance athlete and you're only running 10 miles a week, add more. I learned the hard way.
