Online Registration Instructions
This is an AISA meet open to AISA, ACSA and ACEA schools
Meet Schedule (all times are central standard time)
- 2:45pm Course is open to walk
- Team tents may be set-up sidelines of football field or in the bleachers.
- Check-in tent will be located adjacent to the finish line.
- Xpress Timing will officiate the race and provide results. Instructions for coaches and runners will be provided in your check-in packets.
- 3:30pm Coaches Meeting at the timekeepers van (finish line)
- 4:00pm Elementary 1 mile race (boys and girls, grades 1-5) Awards: medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls. Awards will take place after the Varsity race
- 4:20pm Junior High 2 mile race ( boys and girls, grades 6-9)
- 4:50pm Varsity 5k race ( boys and girls)
- Junior High and Varsity Awards - Team trophy for first place team, boys and girls, in each division. Also medals will be awarded to the top 10 boys and the top 10 girls in each race.
- All Awards will take place after Varsity race.
- A cooling station and first aid will be available
Entry Fee's
Cost for the invitational will be $150 per team, per race entered. A team is defined as 5 or more runners. $30 per individual runner if less than 5 runners in a race. Team fees apply to both the Junior High (2 mile) and Varsity (5k) races.
The Elementary 1 mile race will have a fee of $5.00 per runner.
Parking
Buses will park in top gravel lot and cars will be directed to grassfield below/behind the football field.

Course Description: The course is mainly on grass fields, one rocky water crossing, one raven crossing and small wooded trails. JV and Varsity will be a two-lap race with easy viewing of the entire course.
