FOR THE PASSWORD TO ENTER THIS MEET, PLEASE EMAIL JBRIGHAM@STPAULSMOBILE.NET

IF YOU ARE ALREADY ENTERED IN THE MEET PUT DECIDE TO PULL OUT, PLEASE EMAIL THE MEET DIRECTOR ASAP SO WE CAN FILL YOUR SLOT!

The course is thick gravel, so you can use spikes with blanks in them, "cheater shoes" (alpha flys, vapor flys, etc) or trainers.

We have two separate starting lines on different paths that merge 80m into the race, so that will allow us to space people out and start more people at the same time.

9:00am = Coaches' Meeting

 9:30am = Varsity and JV Boys 2 mile (add top 4 times for team score)  - you can run 7th-9th graders here if they are in your top runners

9:50am = Varsity and JV Girls 2 mile (add top 4 times for team score)  - you can run 7th-9th graders here if they are your top runners

10:15am = JH Girls (7th-9th grade) and JH Boys (7th-9th grade) 1 mile (run together but scored separately; add top 4 times for team score) - no one from the 2 mile race can enter this race!

10:30am = Elementary Girls and Elementary Boys 1 mile (run together but scored separately; add top 4 times for team score)

 10:45am = JH Girls (7th-9th grade) and JH Boys (7th-9th grade) 4x400m Relay (run together but scored separately) - no one from the 2 mile race can enter this race!

 11:00am = Elementary Girls and Elementary Boys 4x400m Relay (run together but scored separately)

11:15am = Varsity and JV Co-Ed 4x1mile Relay - you can run 7th-9th graders here if they are in your top runners, but no one from the earlier 1 mile or 4x400m races can enter this race!

The order of the relay will be boy-girl-boy-girl!

11:45am = Awards

 How the meet will be scored:

* HS/JH Girls = top 4 from 2 mile + top 4 from 1 mile + top 4x400m Relay + top Co-Ed 4x1mile Relay

* HS/JH Boys = top 4 from 2 mile + top 4 from 1 mile + top 4x400m Relay + top Co-Ed 4x1mile Relay

* Elementary Girls = top 4 from 1 mile + top 4x400m Relay

* Elementary Boys = top 4 from 1 mile + top 4x400m Relay

We also plan to sell meet t-shirts at the event!

PLEASE CALCULATE YOUR OWN ENTRY FEE, AS MILESPLIT SOMETIMES MISCALCULATES IT!  See instructions below:

For the Girls 2mile, Boys 2mile, Girls 1 mile, and Boys 1 mile the entry fee is $75 to enter that each race. However, if you have fewer than 5 runners (per gender) in the race, it is $15 per runner.

It is also $75 to enter the Co-Ed 4x1mile. No additional charge for multiple relay teams.

There is no fee for the 4x400m relay.
However, THE OVERALL MEET ENTRY FEE FOR EACH SCHOOL IS NOT TO EXCEED $200.
In order to be scored as a team for the overall awards you MUST have 4 or more finishers in the 2 mile, 4 or more finishers in the 1 mile, a co-ed 4x1mile, and a 4x400m for that gender.
