MEET INFORMATION
The course is located at Heardmont Park in North Shelby County. This cross country course includes several creek crossings, gravel, mud, and grass throughout. Approximately 250m of the course is on a paved cart path. Spikes or flats are recommended.
Directions:
From I-65: Going south on I-65 from Birmingham turn left on AL 119 go approximately 4 miles and Heardmont Park is on the left just before North Shelby public library.
From Hwy 280: Get on AL 119 west (towards I-65) for approximately 6 miles. Heardmont Park is located on AL 119 one mile west of the County Road 14 traffic light.

8:00 a.m. Middle School (7-8th) girls 3200m (Unlimited)
8:30 a.m. Middle School (7-8th) boys 3200m (Unlimited)
9:00 a.m. Varsity HS Girls 5000m Race (TOP 10)
9:35 a.m. Varsity HS Boys 5000m Race (TOP 10)
10:05 a.m.JV Girls 5000m Race (Unlimited)
10:45 a.m.JV Boys 5000m Race (Unlimited)
Team awards to follow the last race
All schools must be members of the AHSAA or their state association.

Fee:All divisions are $50 per team. PLEASE enter the correct event! (Boys and girls are separate Example: JV boys and JV girls =$100)
Entry Deadline: October 11, 2010 Must be done through alabamarunners.com
Awards: Awards to the Top 10 finishers in each division and trophies to the top two teams in the Varsity and Middle School Divisions. Awards will be given in the finish shoot, with Team Awards following competition.
