Facilities:
We are excited to be hosting on our brand new 8 lane rubber track venue. For this
year, we will limit the meet to the first 15-20 teams. Track location- Jasper High
School 1501 Viking Drive Jasper AL 35401. We are not in our football stadium,
bleacher seating is limited. No tents in the bleachers. Spectator gate entry is
$8 per adult. Children under 6 get in free. Cash or gofan will be available.

Entry limits:
Teams may enter 4 athletes per individual event and one relay team for each
relay event. Only top 3 will be scored.
Entry Fee: $150 per gender team. ($300 for a boys and girls team) $20 per individual if less
than 5 entries.
Please make checks payable to Jasper High School Track and
Field 1501 Viking Drive Jasper AL 35401. Race day payments will be accepted.
Checks, cash, or a signed purchase order in order to compete.
Entry Deadline:
All entries must be completed on milesplit by Tuesday April 7.

Timing: Xpress Timing
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each event. Top 2 teams for each
gender will receive a team trophy
Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be provided by Xpress Timing online on the meet page
Scoring: All running events will be finals on time. LJ, TJ, SP, DT, and JT will be 3
attempts, no finals. Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for each event. All AHSAA
and NFHS rules will be in effect. Only inch pyramid spikes allowed
Implements: Implement weigh in will be prior to the start of the first wave of throwing events. We
have limited extra implements, please bring your own.
School Traffic: To best avoid school traffic, please arrive either before 2:45 or after 3:15 or
you will likely be stuck in traffic.
Bus Parking: Will be added later.

Running Events- 4 pm start and will be a rolling schedule
4x800 meter relay
100 meter low hurdles
110 meter high hurdles

1600 meter run
400 meter dash

3200 meter run (boys and girls may be combined depending on
entries)

First wave- 4 pm start (this is the time the event will begin.
We will make calls before this time)
