Section meet directors must use Meet Manager Software (only versions 6.0 or newer). Once the meet is complete, a full back-up must be emailed to xpress28@aol.com within 24 hours of the meet's conclusion.
Substitutions:
Substitutions may be made up to 30 minutes before the first race.
Admission:
$14 per person GoFan or Cash at Gate
Check-in:
Check-in must occur no later than one hour before the start time for each division.

Awards:
- Trophies: Awarded to the winner and runner-up teams in each division
- Medals: Awarded to the top 15 places in each division
Trophy Expectations:
All athletes and coaches must exhibit excellent character and sportsmanship during the awards presentation. Failure to comply will result in a monetary fine and possible probation or suspension, as outlined by the AHSAA.
Pets:
No pets are allowed.
No scooters or bicycles are allowed in the park on race day!
