Official Xpress Timing Results
Parking: Only Officials & Coaches will be allowed to park at the track. Parents please drop off at track entrance and park at the parking lot behind stadium next to our new Performing Arts Building. When that lot is filled be will have to park at the batting cages at the Met.
Entries: Coaches you can Only enter 3 athletes per division per school.
Entry Fee: $45 per athlete (payable to: Hoover High School)

Events will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the previous event.

Long jump
Shot put
*High Jump
400 meters
Wednesday (9:00 a.m. start)
110 hurdles
Discus (half the field to PV when finished)
Javelin (half the field to PV when finished)
** Pole Vault (to discus or javelin when done)1500 meters
* High jump starting height is 1.47 M (4'9.75") and will progress in 5 cm increments.
** Pole Vault starting height is 2.60 M (8;6.25") and will progress in 15 cm increments.HEPTATHLON
