Xpress Timing Official Results

Meet Schedule  (all times are central standard time)

  • 2:30pm  Course is open to walk
  • Team tents may be set-up on the grounds adjacent to the playground.
  • Check-in tent will be located adjacent to the finish line. 
  • Xpress Timing will officiate the race and provide results. Instructions for coaches and runners will be provided in your check-in packets.
  • 3:15pm  Coaches Meeting at the timekeepers van (finish line)

  • 3:30pm  Elementary 1 mile race (boys and girls, grades 4-6) Followed by Awards (medals for top 5 boys and top 5 girls). Awards will take place at the Pavillion.
  • 4:00pm  Junior High 2 mile race ( boys and girls, grades 6-9)
  • 4:40pm  Varsity 5k race ( boys and girls)
  • 5:30pm  Junior High and Varsity Awards - Team trophy for first place team, boys and girls, in each division. Also medals will be awarded to the top 10 boys and the top 10 girls in each race. Awards will take place at the Pavilion.
  •  A First Aid & Cooling Station will be provided adjacent to the finish line.
  • A concession tent will have cold beverages for sale (no food). Located near the playground and team tent area

Entry Fee's

Cost for the invitational will be $150 per team, per race entered. A team is defined as 5 or more runners. $30 per individual runner if less than 5 runners in a race. Team fees apply to both the: Junior High (2 mile) and Varsity (5k) races. Maximum team fees is $300.00 plus elementary runners.

The Elementary 1 mile race will have a fee of $5.00 per runner.

There is plenty of parking. Please follow directional signs as well as directions from volunteers.

Course Description

There have been changes to the property at Shadow Lake with some added asphalt paths around the lake. The course is a mix of grass fields, gravel, asphalt, wood bridges and wooded trails. Running flats are recommended, but spikes are still an option.
