Unite your full program in one event where everybody races at once; boys and girls...middle school and high school.

Format: 

-- 100 minute Relay Race

-- 4-5 person relay teams. (All Male, Female, and Co-Ed)

-- All relay teams race at the same time

-- Each relay teams goal is to run as many 1/2 mile loops as they can in 100 minutes.

-- The team with the most COMPLETED loops wins

Fee:

 -- $20 per Relay Team

-- Each School can enter as many teams as they want.

-- No school will not be charged more than $100, even if they have more than 6 relay teams.

-- The race is free for those schools attending our invitational the following weekend.

-- Each High School is a School. Each Middle School is a School.

 Location:

-- Montgomery Academy track side of campus

Course:

-- 1/2 Mile Grass with a few pavement crossings. Begins on the soccer field inside the track, turns to the fenced-in field behind the track and goes behind the baseball field, then back to the track. 

-- Can wear spikes or training flats; training flats are recommended.

Race Start Time:

-- Race will start promptly at 4:15 PM

Admission: 

- $5.00 per car
