Meet Information
The Registration Fee is $25 per division and $10 per runner, with a cap at $185 per school. We based our original pricing on what we estimate the meet will cost overall and considered the pricing of the meets we have already attended. We didn't consider that you are required to run this one, not choosing to run this race so sectionals would be a less expensive race. For those of you that kindly reached out, thank you for your guidance and patience while I worked out details with our Athletic Director. I want this to be an incredible meet and I want to have an outstanding working relationship with you. I hope you have an amazing experience at sectionals.
We were never planning to charge for parking and are still NOT charging for parking. There will be a $5 gate/spectator fee that will be available through GoFan or at the gate.
After a long race, standing in line to get a shirt is often annoying. So, we thought it would be nice to get your shirts, if you choose to purchase one, with your race day packet upon check in. We will have t-shirts available (Dri-fit Style), by pre-order, $20 per shirt. Sizes include XS, S, M, L, XL. Please send payment for shirts to Trinity Presbyterian School as well and write t-shirts in the memo line. Send shirt orders (Including sizes) to hsnyder@trinitywildcats.com by October 5. In the memo line of the email, please type your school name and "Sectional Shirts". You will get a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Shirts will be distributed with race day materials at the race.
