THIS MEET WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON / EVENING. The Sunset is at 6:30p.m. It will be dark around 6:46 p.m.

ALL VARSITY RACES WILL BE UNDER THE LIGHTS. LIGHTS WILL BE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE FOR A GREAT EVENT. All areas of the course will be under lights. The course is very well maintained by the city of Madison and we are doing everything we can to be sure this event is great for all athletes and spectators. 

THE VARSITY RACE IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE GREAT COMPETITION ON A GREAT COURSE WITH GREAT WEATHER.

*EACH SCHOOL CAN DECIDE WHICH 10 GIRL / BOY RUNNERS TO ENTER IN THE VARSITY 5K  RACE.                         ALL OTHER RUNNERS WILL COMPETE IN THE JUMIOR VARSITY 5K RACE. 

The schedule has been adjusted so BOTH the Junior Varsity 5K Race (This is for any grade 7th; 8th; 9th; 10th; 11th; and 12th grade not in the top 10 on your team) and the VARSITY 5K Race will be run "UNDER THE LIGHTS AFTER DARK".  Their will be one VARSITY 5K RACE (includes SMALL SCHOOL 1A-4a and LARGE SCHOOL 5A-7A) to increase competition for all runners and to have a LARGE EXCITING MEET ATMOSPHERE. However, there will be separate AWARDS and a separate AWARDS ceremony so that ALL RUNNERS and TEAMS can be recognized. 

*UPDATE Schedule: 

Schools have been invited from Alabama; Georgia; Tennessee. All schools from the following Sections have been invited to compete. ALL SCHOOLS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING UNLIMITED RUNNERS. 

The entry fee is $75 per for each team race entered.                                                                                                        Junior Varsity Team Girls Race;  $75 Junior Varsity Team Boys Race $75; Varsity Team Girls Race $75; Varsity Team Girls Race $75        TOTAL for all races $300.

Entries: Elementary entry fee is per athlete. Elementary Race has been moved to Wednesday October 12, 2022
