The meet will be on our Madison Academy campus, 325 Slaughter Rd, Madison, AL 35758. We will begin at 4:30 PM and will operate on a rolling schedule for track events.  Meet is open to athletes from grades 4-6 in the Huntsville Independent School League (HISL).  Madison Academy, Holy Family, Holy Spirit, Lindsey Lane, Randolph, St. John's,  Valley Fellowship, Westminster, Whitesburg 

Divisions: 4th Girls (4G), 4th Boys(4B), 5/6Girls (5/6G), 5/6Boys(5/6B) 

MEET SCHEDULE

4:00PM Please have athletes arrive 

4:05PM Coaches meeting 

4:15PM Start calling for athletes to line up for relays 

4:30PM Relays will begin 

*Field events will begin after relays conclude

*Track events have precedence over field events. (Rolling Schedule) 

ENTRY LIMITS

-Up to 4 entries per event, per division 

-Up to 2 Relay Teams per division 

Maximum of 4 events per athlete, including relays and field events

TIMING 

Primary timing we will use electronic timers. Backup timing we will use stopwatches. 

REGISTRATION

Absolutely NO late entries. The deadline of 4/18 at midnight is a hard deadline.

Official Start time 4:30PM

*Girls and Boys may run together (for the same grade level) in the interest of time.
