Bus parking will be on the west side of the start line area near the tennis complex.

WEATHER: We will be monitoring the weather up to the day of the event and during the event.  If adjustments must be made, it will be on a day-by day basis and will inform you by email. If we need to delay during the meet due to dangerous weather, you and your teams will be instructed to move to cars and buses to wait for a later start.

Coaches Hospitality / Team Check In

Coaches hospitality will be available at the WHITE TENT closest to the stage.

Safety/Health Protocol

We will have both HEMSI and Randolph athletic trainers on site

We will have a very large finish chute, & do a bottle of water per finisher in lieu of

shared water coolers and cups

Team Tent Placement:

* We will have two primary areas for team tents.

A- east of the meet hub pavilion area (tin storage shed) in the open grass area - we will have

painted square "lanes" in this area. Please do not place tents outside of these

lanes - we are trying to create clear walking space by doing this

B - Beside the easternmost sand volleyball court - large grass area - this area will not be

lined off and is first come, first serve. Please do not place tents anywhere else / do not place them west of the meet hub or the sand volleyball complex (West would be the Tennis Center side of the park).

Starting Line / Finish Chute areas:

-Please inform your spectators that no parents are allowed inside the starting box area, or

the finish chute are for coaches and athletes only

-The starting area is huge, and we are going to do our best to rope this off - it will help

if you stress this to them

- One of the major logistics issues with the course is starts of races while spectators are

in the finish chute area - please help us by informing your runners / spectators

that when they finish, they need to make their way quickly back to team areas

or be sure to be inside the lane that runs between the start and finish line area.

-Coaches must turn in electronic chips to coaches tent BEFORE you leave John Hunt Park!

Bathroom Facilities:

-We will have plenty of portable toilets throughout John Hunt Park, as well as several near

the start line in the upper parking lot closest to the start. * The city keeps

a mobile bathroom unit on site at the park as well

Trash / Personal Items:

* Please help clear any trash/personal items left at the start/finish areas as well as in and

around your team tents. Help keep our great park clean so the city continues

allowing us to use it for this event & others.

- We will have a lost and found at the Coaches Hospitality and Team Check In pavilion.

Photographers:

There will be a plethora of photographers on site including We Run Huntsville,

and others. You will be able to find them on the meet page soon after the event. Any others I will send in a

debriefing email.

Park Rules:

* No pets or bicycles are allowed in the park at any time. Please inform your programs.
