The 2022 Wayne Murphy Invitational (Updated)
***We will run one heat each in the 3200m***
The 2022 Wayne Murphy Invitational will NOT feature a Junior High division. This meet will consist of 8 varsity schools. There will be a Max of 3 entries per school in sprint events and field events. 2 relay teams per school and 4 individuals in the distance events (800m &1600m).
When: April 22nd, 2022
Where: Auburn High School
Time: 5 PM CST. (Coaches Meeting 4:45 PM) - First events start at 5 PM
Entry Fee: Max $300 per division or $10 per athlete if less than 30.
Entries Open: February, 7th 2022 at 7 AM CST
Entries Close: April 19th, Midnight

Boys: Javelin, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put
Girls: Pole Vault, Triple Jump, Discus
2nd wave - Field Events
Girls: Javelin, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put

Directions:
From I-85:
Turn Left at the light on to Glenn Ave
Pass the Church of the Highlands
Turn Left at Airport Rd (light) just as you pass Sun South(John Deere tractor sales)
Take your first right at you enter the AHS parking lot.
Follow the parking lot around to the back of AHS (baseball fields will be on your right and the school building on your left.
Continue past the baseball fields toward the track.
Unload your athletes past the main entrance of the track at the far end of the track.
Park the bus against the right hand curb of the driveway around the track. Pull all the way down.
From Highway 280:
Exit 280 at College Street (the old Bottle)
Turn Left at the light for Shug Jordan/University Drive(Publix is on your left)
Follow University drive past the Mall, Rail Road tracks, and AHS Football Stadium
Turn Left at the light past the football stadium on to Glenn Ave.
At the next light Turn right at Airport Rd (light) just as you pass Sun South (John Deere tractor sales)
Take your first right at you enter the AHS parking lot.
