Tentative Schedule of Events
When: Middle School: Friday, April 14, 2017
Varsity: Friday, April 14, 2017
Where: Auburn High School
Time: Friday (middle school): 8:30am Coaches Meeting
First event at 9:00 am
Friday (varsity)-.8:30 a.m. Coaches Meeting 9:00 a.m. first events start
Entry: Max $150 per division or $10 per athlete if less than 15. All entries must be submitted on alabamarunners.com. Please direct questions to dnorton@auburnschools.org. Please follow the following entry guideline limits: 4 entries in individual track and field events, 2 relay teams. Please mail your entry fee check to Coach Norton C/O: Auburn High School 205 S. Dean Rd., Auburn. AL
Entry Deadline: Entries must be submitted on AlabamaRunners.com by April 10, 2017. No LATE ENTRIES will be accepted. All entries must be completed on alabarunners.com
A varsity athlete can participate in a total of 4 events only. A Middle School athlete can on enter 3 events
Max of 4 Athletes per individual event, and only 2 relay team per school.
3 Jumps/Throws in Field events (3 jumps/throws with Middle School). No Finals.
All running events- Finals on time.
Please pay close attention to order of events.
Please notice minimum standards in jumps and throws
Absolutely no spikes over will be allowed. Disqualification will occur for any athlete is found in violation.
Substitutions: No substitutions will be allowed on the day of the meet. Please notify meet management of scratches at the 8:30 coaches meeting.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Awards: Awards to the top three in each event. Trophies awarded to the top 3 teams in each division. A high point award will be awarded for each division.
Make checks payable to Auburn High School Track.
NFHS and State of Alabama rules apply.
Concessions will be available.
Meet t-shirts will be for sale.
There will be hospitality for coaches only and officials only. You will be given a meal ticket.
Everyone must stay outside the track area. All teams need to set up on the grass outside the far side of the track. No teams are allowed in the area of the stands or on the hill nearest the home stretch.

* Coaches please inform any parents or spectators that will be attending the meet of the $5.00 entry fee. The entry gate is near on the AHS Gym side. The parking lot on the back side of the school is closed due to construction.
