This is the most fun format you will find in Alabama. Your MOPers have a chance to front-run and win, and your FOPers get to race a unique race. It's a great twist to add some excitement to the late-season blahs, plus there are unlimited entries in the 5k B-races if you need to figure out those last couple of runners to round out your Top 10 for Sectionals!
