Some of you have contacted me in need of more info to get a check from your school to pay fees for this year's Huntsville Metro Cross Country Championships. Attached you will have a .pdf with our W-9 along with a modifiable invoice so that you can adjust it to then give to your school's bookkeeper for a check request. Remember, the most any one school will owe is $100.00 for no matter how many athletes you enter. If you are entering 4 or less, you will owe $10.00 per entry.

Regarding the course. we have MOVED to Palmer Park in Madison, AL. for the venue.

OTHER VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We will need various course monitors as well as people to help pour water into cups at the finish line. Please help us by talking to your parents before the meet and asking them if they can help. Please email us to let us know who they are if you get confirmations before the meet please!

Registration
Unlimited entries, completed through MileSplit. Deadline is Sunday, October 13th @ 11:59 pm.
Cost
$50.00 for Girls (1 or 2 teams), $50.00 for Boys (1 or 2 teams)
$10.00 per individual (up to 5 runners).
$100.00 maximum per school

JH Boys 2 mi (7-9) 3:00 pm
JH Girls 2 mi (7-9).3:30 pm
Varsity Boys 5K..4:00 pm

Medical
HEMSI will be on location.
Individual Awards
Top 10 in each division will receive a medal. Top 15 in each division will receive a t-shirt.
Awards sponsored by the Huntsville Track Club.
Team Awards
1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each division will receive a trophy.
