8:30  Small School Varsity Girls (5K) Entries: Top 10 Only(1A-4A AL: Enrollment of 388 students or less: grades 10-12)

8:55  Large School Varsity Boys (5K) Entries: Top 7 Only (5A-7A AL: Enrollment of 389 students and up: grades 10-12)

9:10  "B" Team Varsity Girls (5K)Entries: Unlimited

9:35  Small School Varsity Boys (5K) Entries: Top 10 Only (1A-4A AL: Enrollment of 388 students or less: grades 10-12)

9:55  Large School Varsity Girls (5K) Entries: Top 7 Only (5A-7A AL: Enrollment of 389 students and up: grades 10-12)

*The "B" team division was created to insure safety and race quality. The small school's varsity teams are limited to 10 runners in their respective division; the remaining team members of the Small Schools must run in the "B" team division. The large school's varsity teams are limited to 7 runners in their respective division; the remaining team members of the Large Schools must run in the "B" team division. Teams that do not follow the race division eligibility can result in a disqualification.

Race Division Eligibility Protocol:

Small Schools: 1A-4A Alabama or enrollment of 388 students and less grades 10-12.

Large Schools: 5A-7A Alabama or enrollment of 389 students or more grades 10-12.

*We follow the school size category of the AHSAA, therefore, out of state private schools must multiply enrollment by 1.35% (grades 10-12) to determine the division that your team will compete in.

Entry Fee:

$65 Per Division **$35 Per "B" Team Division **$15 Per Runner in the matter of a runner/runners not having 5 team members. *** (Not to exceed $65 per division or $35 per "B" Team Division for those not having 5 runnersper division).

Top 30 Finishers in each division receive a t-shirt

*The race venue is charming located in a setting with tons of history. The race course has 4-5 short hills, amazing trails through wooded areas, safe footing, well marked, well monitored, some packed gravel/dirt, some grass, wide starting area, spectator friendly and fast! The race venue has been host to two AAU National Meets, 19 years of hosting the Alabama High School Athletic Association's State Cross Country Championships and has hosted college meets!

*Race results will be live @ Xpress Timing. Also, race results will be posted beside the amphitheater.

Sanctioning: The Chickasaw Trails Invitational is sanctioned through the AHSAA for Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia. Due to teams participating in the Chickasaw Trails from states that border Alabama, sanctioning approval will not appear on AHSAA or C2C. However, the race is sanctioned.
