Opelika Invitational 2019

Where: Opelika High School

Time: Saturday-.8:30 a.m. Coaches Meeting 9:00 a.m. first events start

Entry: $10.00/athlete and $10.00/relay max $300 per school. All entries must be submitted on alabamarunners.com. Please direct questions to jimmy.johnson@opelikaschools.org. Please follow the following entry guideline limits: 4 entries in individual track and field events, 2 relay teams. Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Awards: Awards to the top three in each event.

NFHS and State of Alabama rules apply.

* Coaches please inform any parents or spectators that will be attending the meet of the $5.00 entry fee. The entry gate is near front of the track.

Everyone must stay outside the track area. The infield is CLOSED to everyone! Athletes will enter the track at the gate to the left of the concession stand or gate nearest the baseball field.

Team area will need to set up on the grass outside the far side of the track behind the concession stand and bleacher. Team areas are allowed in the area of the stands nearest the home stretch.

Concessions will be available.

There will be hospitality for coaches only and officials only. You will be given a meal ticket.

Absolutely no spikes over 1/4" will be allowed. Disqualification will occur for any athlete is found in violation.
