Only teams that are members of the Alabama High School Athletic Association are allowed to enter this meet.

Course walk through----------7:30 A.M.

Varsity 5K...grades 7-12

Varsity Girls (1A-7A) -----8:50 A.M.

Varsity Boys (1A-7A) ------9:30 A.M.

Junior High 2 miles...only grades 7-9

JR HIGH Girls ---------------10:00 A.M.

JR HIGH Boys --------10:30 A.M.

Buses will be directed to park in the large parking lot behind the Arab City Pool. All parents and spectators will be directed to park at the t-ball fields or behind the Arab City Pool.

Cost: $60.00 per team (5 or more runners makes a team)

12.00 per individual runner

If you have 2 JR High and 2 Varsity teams the cost is $240.00.

Individual Awards:

JR High Races- Top 10 runners receive t-shirt.

Varsity Races- Top 10 Small School receive t-shirt. Top 10 Large School receive t-shirt

Team Awards: Trophy to first and second place team in each division. Varsity Races will be divided into 1A-4A Small School Awards and 5A-7A Large School Awards.

Course Description:

The trail consists of all grass and wooded trail.

The starting line is in the field next to the horse arena. The finish line in next to the horse arena. The 5K course is a spectator friendly course.

Restroom are located in the following locations: Walking Trail, in the building on the north side of the pond, and connected to the pool building facing the tennis courts.

Kona Ice will be sold ranging from $3-5.
