10:30 a.m. Award Ceremony (3A Girls/Boys, 4A Girls/Boys)

Reminders for State Meet:
No pets are allowed in the Oakville park at any AHSAA sanctioned event!
No bicycles are allowed in the Oakville park at any AHSAA sanctioned event!
No jumping in the lake at the Oakville park during any AHSAA sanctioned event!
There is no parking fee at the AHSAA Cross Country State Meet.
AHSAA charges a $10.00 gate fee per person at the State Meet.
Coaches must present their own coaching card and a form of I.D. at the gate.
"Chips" will be used for timing purposes.
The Oakville Park Race Course will be open all day on Friday, Nov 9th.

CHECK-IN:
Not later than one hour prior to the starting time for each
division.

AWARDS:
(a) Trophies for winner and runner-up teams in each division
(b) Medals for first 15 places in each division
