If you are planning to run the Indoor nationals and also compete in the UK Invitational, Galleria Games or Alumni Invitational, I was told yesterday that all 4 of those meets are considered outside competitions for indoor track. Rules state that you can only do 2 outside competitions during a season. So...pick 2 of those and no more so you don't get into trouble with the AHSAA. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

New Balance should be an exception, but having the restriction at all really limits our athletes. The UK, VA, NB, and LSU meets are great for national competition and exposure.
