How do you balance the demand of school and practice with being a normal teenager?
I personally just follow a routine that I have made for myself every week. I attend school, go to the gym 3 times a week, then go to softball and track practice. Then with the time left over I do school work and do leisurely things. The main thing is that I have goals that I wish to accomplish and I must work hard and stay disciplined to achieve them.

How do you get focused before practice? Meet?
Before a practice I simply relax and think about the things that I do wrong or need work on and tell myself that in order to get better you must practice hard. I most certainly believe that you play or do like you practice. As far as a meet goes, usually before my event, I take myself aside and concentrate on all the fundamentals of my event, whether it be my steps I take to throw, the hand off, or even the attitude I have going in to the event.

Do you have any post season plans?
As of right now, I am just seeing what is in store for the future. I plan to have a productive, yet fun summer. Then this fall I plan to attend college.

What do you do in the summer to prepare for Track Season?
I mainly stay in the gym doing my workout that consist of  a whole body workout and also I run a few days a week.

What is a daily workout like for you?

I go to the gym normally three times a week. While at the gym I pretty much do a full body workout. I lift weights(legs and arms), do a core workout, and lastly get in some cardio. Then I go to practice and do my workouts for each sport that I play. I usually go to softball practice then afterward I go to track practice. I simply just work on the things that I do wrong and do my best to fix them.
