William Porr of McGill-Toolen Catholic clocked 15:56.63 with 2nd place was 16:42.02 Daniel Gill St. Paul's Episcopal.
Mallory Helms of UMS-Wright clocked 20:16.48 securing her 5th win of the season with 2nd place being Mallary Little from Saraland in 20:50.44.
Danny Doerr of Saraland clocked 18:23.95 in the JV race winning by over 90 seconds.
The Puppy Creek Classic was a showcase of talent, with three standout athletes delivering remarkable performances. William Por, Mallory Helms, and Danny Doerr each claimed victory in their respective races, solidifying their positions as top contenders in the region. The inaugural Puppy Creek relatively flat slow downward course in elevation with a 155' increase back uphill just past the 2-mile marker with each runner leaving the course remembering the final mile as the most challenging.
