Senior Salute: Cole Robinson

This James Clemens Jet has been a staple of the team for the last 4 years, continuously improving and helping his team raise the bar.  Cole Robinson helped lead his 4x800 team to a state title and a Nike Outdoor Nationals 3rd place finish!

Interview with Cole Robinson of James Clemens High School.

Q: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

A: Batman Triple Fudge

Q: Where are you planning to attend college? Or do you have other post high school plans?

A:  University of Alabama in Huntsville

Q: Do you plan to continue competing in track and field or cross country in college?

A: Yes

Q: What is your favorite event to compete in and why?

A:  4x8, the feeling of winning is a lot better when it's with your best friends.

Q: Do you have any pre-race/competition rituals or superstitions?

A:  Elevating legs for 10 minutes 2 separate times.

Q: Which track or cross country meet was your favorite and why?

A:  Any meet we'd stay overnight. Not even the running part, just being with the team having fun.

Q: What is your favorite memory or highlight from your time on the track and field or cross country team?

A: Winning the 4x800 State Title!

Q: Is there anyone that you'd like to give a special shout-out to?

A:  Luke Alverson, Dylan Dryer, John Luke Stovall, and Coach Drew Bell. Also my parents ofc!

Q: What is one piece of advice you would like to leave for your teammates as you graduate?

A:  It's over so fast, have fun and work hard.
