The 2016 Outdoor Season is upon us. Yeah, it got here QUICK didn't it? Time to go over a few things for the coming season.
- All Sanctioned outdoor meets must use MileSplit (AlabamaRunners) for online entry. No paper entry or other entry methods are allowed.
- All outdoor meet results must be reported to AlabamaRunners. This is to ensure that proper seeding occurs for sectionals. Results must be turned in using either HyTek Meet Manager or RaceTab -- (NO Direct Athletic Meet Pro Results). The format needed is called Flat Html. Please do not submit hand-typed, Excel, or Word results. It doesnt work the same. RaceTab is free so if you do not have HyTek, use RaceTab. RaceTab is available HERE.

Schools must report meet team and individual results to: tloreman@milesplit.com. Complete results must be submitted in a a "flat html" format from either HyTek or RaceTab. Schools must also use MileSplit for online entry of sanctioned meets. Contact Tim Loreman at the above mentioned email for more information. - If you are a new coach, please go ahead and claim your team. You can find more information about claiming your team and editing your roster HERE.
- If you host a meet, go ahead and get it listed on our calendar for online entry by submitting your information HERE.
- Note - We now have a wizard that sets up the meets for online entry and adds them to the calendar. You no longer have to wait on us to set your meet up.
