I went back and looked and I couldnt find where three girls had ever gone under 5 minutes in the state meet. In fact the last time our state had three girls go under 5 minutes in a season was 2007.
1st - Veronica Lyle - 4:53.08 - Lyle went on to win the 800m at state on Saturday. She has signed with the University of Alabama.
2nd - Mary Grace Strozier - 4:53.94 - Strozier went on on to place 3rd in the 800m. She returns next season as a Junior.
3rd - Rachael Reddy - 4:58.73 - Reddy won the 3200m early Saturday morning. She has signed with the University of Texas
