By nature I am a competitive person. I am constantly looking for ways to turn things in to friendly competitions. When a reader sent me this idea I immediately knew I wanted to do it this outdoor season. So here goes.........
How many distance runners can each school get under the following times:
- 5 minutes in the 1600m
- 10:30 in the 3200m
To make it real interesting we can also look at the number of runners each school has in the event and look at their percentage at the marks to make it competitive for smaller schools.
Anyone want to guess the number we will have enter the mix in each event this weekend? Keep in mind this will be counting the entire state.
