You return a top 5 with a team average of 20:33 this year. How does the team look after summer practices so far?
We have a good group returning that is fun to be around. I am pleased with how the team looks coming out of summer, but we have a lot of work to do.
Any new additions to the team or surprises we can expect?
We have some young runners with good potential that have started running with us this summer.
What is your schedule this season and are you changing anything up?
Our schedule is similar to last season. One big change is we are hosting a couple of meets this year, and we are very excited about that.
What goals has your team established for this season?
We want to reach our potential for the season and help the team be the best it can be. To do this we must work together to help everyone improve and lower our 1-5 split.
