PT GROUP TIMING
THIS MEET IS @2400 DOBBS DR, PHENIX CITY, AL (CENTRAL HS)

the following entry guideline limits: 2 relay team per gender(4x1), (4x8), (4x4) Please make your entry fee check payable to South Girard Junior HS 521 Fontaine Road, Phenix City, Al 36869 (bring) the day of the meet. You will be receipted ($200.00 PER TEAM) IF A & B TEAM FEE IS $400.00
Middle School/ Junior HS: Any middle school/ Junior HS athlete as long as they are 7th/8th graders can participate in a total of 3 events only. There will be a max of 3 athletes, per individual track event, 3 per field event, and only 2 relay team per school per gender (4x1),(4x8), 4x4 relay No Prelims, all running events- timed finals "blocks" only on request, no run outs, 3 throws/jumps measured.
Absolutely no spikes over 1/4" will be allowed.
Substitutions: No substitutions will be allowed on the day of the meet. Print your entries as verification.
"Top 3 medals" individual, "No Team Awards", NFHS and State of Alabama rules apply. Georgia schools are "Welcome" Concessions will be available. No outside refreshments allowed / NO OUTSIDE THE TRACK SEATING/VIEWING
*Coaches please inform "ALL" parents or spectators that will be attending the meet, that there is a $12.00 cash entry fee for the meet, also bring their own lawn chairs, bleachers limited
Everyone must stay outside the track competition area. The infield is CLOSED to everyone!!!!!
All student athletes must remain in their team area until their event is called absolutely no electronics of any kind in the competition area, ensure that your athletes when reporting in, "they" come ready to compete.
rolling schedule, start time 4:45 pm eastern / FAT timing, 3 attempts only (Field events) all measured, coaches meeting 4:30pm eastern, track closes @ 4:30pm
