Medal of Honor Park, 1711 Hillcrest Rd., Mobile, AL 36695
COURSE
About 60% trail, 40% grass, some hills
Well marked with paint, flags, and cones
There will be course volunteers from CHCA
SCHEDULE (Times may change if the only schools competing are from Mobile)
8:30 AM Coaches Meeting
8:40 AM Middle School/Freshmen Girls 2 Mile
9:10 AM Middle School/Freshmen Boys 2 Mile
9:40 AM High School Girls 5K
(Unlimited entries-only top five will be scored with two displacers)
10:20 AM High School Boys 5K
(Unlimited entries-only top five will be scored with two displacers)
11:00 AM Team Awards
AWARDS
Medals for Top 5 in Middle School/Freshmen Boys/Girls 2 mile
Medals for Top 10 in High School Boys/Girls 5K
Plaques for 1st and 2nd place teams in the High School Boys/Girls 5k
MEET SHIRTS
All meet shirts will be $8. We will order over 100 shirts and we would like for coaches to encourage their athletes to purchase these shirts. We will post our t-shirt design on our website once it is finalized.
REGISTRATION
Submit entries at Alabama Runners www.alabamarunners.com (will be posted on Calendar soon)
Deadline for entries is Wednesday, August 25, mid-night
ENTRY FEE
$40 per team (High School Boys and Girls are considered separate teams); $80 for both
No charge for Middle School/Freshmen entries with High School Boys and Girls entries
Make checks payable to CHCA, memo Entry Fee
Payment can be brought on the day of the event, or sent to the following address:
