Below is information about the 5th annual Leeds Greenwave Invitational. 

We are excited to be partnering with Rails and Ales to bring everyone a fun and memorable race at Memorial Park!

Location: Leeds Memorial Park, 1159 Montevallo Rd SW Leeds, AL 35094

*Please note the schedule change due to the size of the event. Classifications are based on the new ASHAA classification alignments.

In the event of a smaller field then we will combine the 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm races into the 2:00 pm and 2:45 pm races.

Schedule:

• Course Opens: 1:00 pm
• Announcements - 1:30 pm
• Girls 5k (1A-4A) - 2:00 pm
• Boys 5k (1A-4A) - 2:30 pm
• Girls 5K (5A-6A, Private A, AA) - 3:00 pm
• Boys 5K (5A-6A, Private A, AA) - 3:30 pm
• All awards will be announced at the conclusion of all race events.
• Athletes need to be at the starting boxes 15 minutes prior to their event.

Entry Fees:

• $100 per team, per gender (unlimited entries)/$200 total for two teams
• $20 per individual athlete (teams with fewer than 5 athletes).

Please make checks out to Leeds High School.

Checks can be delivered either by mail or in person on the day of the meet.

We are proud to host teams on our Leeds Memorial Park course, which features a mix of trail and grass running, along with water crossings for a unique and competitive experience.

The start and finish lines are located at the soccer fields. Please help us keep the finish area clear at all times.

Buses will be directed upon arrival.

Awards:

• Team plaques: 1st and 2nd place finishes (for each event)
• Individual awards: Top 10 finishers in each race will receive meet shirts (for each event).
