The meet will be timed using Xpress Timing. The course begins and finishes at the football stadium. Race will be on a smooth but challenging course on the campus of Pleasant Valley High. It is a 2 lap course through the woods with some grassy areas with 90% shade. The finish will be on the track at the football field. Team tents will be set up in the bleachers at the football field and spectators will be able to use the bleachers as well.  Restrooms and concessions will be available in the stadium area (concessions this year is Toms coffee truck, Jeffersons food truck, and a lemonade/drink truck)

Coaches can pick up registration packets at the designated registration tent  

Registration Information

$100 per gender team / $200 for complete team (boys and girls) $20 per individual runner (if not enough for team of 5)Team packets may be picked up starting at 7:30 from the registration tent.

Here are the times for each wave/division:

Girls - 8:30 am / Boys - 9:10 am (Start time will depend on girls finish)

Award Presentation will begin at 10:15 am at midfield on the football field.

Awards: 

Top ten runners in each division will receive t-shirts and medals Top three teams in each division will receive a trophy/plaque.

Small School 1-3a Boys and Girls

Large School 4-6a Boys and girls 

Other Information

There are spikes allows on the course, but there are absolutely no spikes allowed on the new turf football field  you at warm up there but once again there are absolutely it spikes allowed on the field 

Coaches please inform parents/spectators about $5 parking fee and this fee is paid at the gate. It is $5 per carload so carpooling is encouraged .

This money is necessary to keep The PV Cross-County Trail in great condition for our races. Course maintenance includes grass cutting, minor excavating, filling potholes, trimming back undergrowth on sides of trail, and fresh crushed gravel as needed.

Coaches (or assistant) may collect timing chips and place back in Ziplock bag

Timing chips not returned will be charged to the team, not the meet director.

Return timing chips before leaving the competition site.
