The course is thick gravel, so you can use spikes with blanks in them, "cheater shoes" (alpha flys, vapor flys, etc) or trainers.
We have two separate starting lines on different paths that merge 80m into the race, so that will allow us to space people out and start more people at the same time.
9:15am = Coaches' Meeting
10:00am = JV Boys 1 mile (add top 4 times for team score)
10:03am = JV Girls 1 mile (add top 4 times for team score)
10:15am = Elementary Boys 1 mile (add top 4 times for team score)
10:18am = Elementary Girls 1 mile (add top 4 times for team score)
10:35am = Varsity Girls 2 mile and Varsity Boys 2 mile (run together but on separate starting lines, and scored separately. Add top 4 times for team score)
11:00am = JV Girls 4x400m Relay and JV Boys 4x400m Relay (run together but on separate starting lines, and scored separately)

11:10am = Elementary Girls 4X400m Relay and Elementary Boys 4x400m Relay (run together but on separate starting line, and scored separately)
11:30am = Varsity Co-Ed 4X1mile Relay
Noon = Awards

For the Girls 4x2mile, Boys 4x2mile, and Co-Ed 4x1mile, the entry fee is $75 to enter that division. You can also enter B and C relay teams in each of those division, but there is no additional charge for those B and C relay teams.
There is no charge for the 4x400m relay.
However, THE OVERALL MEET ENTRY FEE FOR EACH SCHOOL IS NOT TO EXCEED $200.
In order to be scored as a team for the overall awards you must have an entry in both the 4x2mile AND the co-ed relay, as well as at least 5 entries in the open 1 mile for that gender, and a team in the 4x400m relay.
