The meet will be timed using Xpress Timing. The course begins and finishes at the football stadium. Race will be on a smooth but challenging course on the campus of Pleasant Valley High. It is a 2 lap course through the woods with some grassy areas with 90% shade. The finish will be on the track and starting boxes are on the football field. Team tents will be on the sidelines of the football field and spectators will be able to use the bleachers. Restrooms and concessions will be available in the stadium area.

Race is sanctioned for AHSAA member schools only.

Registration Information

$75 per gender team / $150 for complete team (boys and girls)$15 per individual runner (if not enough for team of 5)Team packets may be picked up starting at 4:30 from the registration tent.

Here are the times for each wave/division:

Girls - 5:00 pm / Boys - 5:30 pm (Start time will depend on girls finish)

Award Presentation will begin at 6:15 pm at midfield on the football field.

Awards: 

Top ten runners in each division will receive t-shirts and receive medals. Top two teams in each division will receive a trophy/plaque. (There'll be race shirts available for purchase at the concession stands or registration tents.)

Coaches please inform parents/spectators about $5 gate fee 

This money is necessary to keep The PV Cross-County Trail in great condition for our races. Course maintenance includes grass cutting, minor excavating, filling potholes, trimming back undergrowth on sides of trail, and fresh crushed gravel as needed.

Coaches (or assistant) may collect timing chips and place back in Ziplock bag

Timing chips not returned will be charged to the team, not the meet director.

Return timing chips before leaving the competition site.
