Online Registration Instructions
New Friday night meet at Milton Frank Stadium. Host school is Whitesburg Christian Academy in partnership with the RunningLane Track Club. Come experience the thrill of running under the lights at Milton Frank but still enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Facility: Milton Frank Stadium boasts a freshly resurfaced 8 lane track, with new jumps and throwing areas as of May 2023. Milton Frank Stadium seats approximately 10,000 with full restrooms and concessions.
Equipment: Starting blocks and implements in all field events are supplied. You may bring your own shots, discus, and javelins, but they will become property of the field.
Entries: There is no entry limit, with the exception of relays and field events. Only the top three individuals on a team in each event may score. Additionally, each school may only score one relay. Participants may enter up to 4 events, including relays and field events. Please be sure to enter all relay participants so that they will be assigned a bib number. All entries will be done through www.alabamarunners.com.
Entry Deadline: The entry deadline is Wednesday, April 9 at 5:00PM! No entries will be taken after that time.
Clerking: There will be no substitutions at the meet. Heats and flights will be completed in advance. All athletes/coaches should check Xpress Timing for their respective heat and lane assignments.
Sanctions:
- All competitors must represent their HS and compete in school uniform (no exceptions). Neither "club" nor "unattached" competition is allowed. Teams wishing to compete from outside of Alabama should email info@runninglane.com so we can invite your school for NFHS Sanctioning.
Entry Fees:$10.00 per athlete entered and $10.00 per relay entered. Please make checks payable to RunningLane Track Club - a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
