Online Registration Instructions
Do to construction we will be limiting the amount of teams that can we can host. Cut off for teams is 12. Also we suggest to not arrive at the school until 3:30. Bus Parking will be in our bus loop this year. We will have a scratch/replace meeting during the coaches meeting for any changes, we will not be adding athletes at the meet. It's a lot easier to scratch or replace a spot already taken than having the timer adding new lane assignments at the meet. When in doubt, please put your athletes in an event
Time Schedule: Coaches Meeting:4:00pm - near the finish line
Field Event Events: 4:30
Running Events: 5:15
ENTRIES: 6 per event
Fees: $150 per gender or $300 for Both
Medals: Given for top 3 places per event
ALL EVENTS WILL BE FINALS.
SPIKES: 1/4 in. pyramid spikes (no Christmas Tree or Needles). Spikes may be worn on all runways, approach areas, and the track itself. The tip of the spike should extend no more than 1/4th of an inch from the sole of the shoe.
Chalk or Tape may be used on the track for relay exchange zone markings
SCORING: There will be 8 places scored for all events (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)
max of 3 individuals per event can score per team
