THIS IS A MIDDLE SCHOOL MEET!!!! PARTICIPANTS MUST BE IN THE 7TH OR 8TH GRADE TO COMPETE!!!!!
Meet is open to all HCS Middle Schools and first 3 Non-HCS Middle Schools who choose to participate.
Registration fee for Non-HCS schools is $75 per a team and $150 per a school. Checks will be made out to Huntsville City Schools Athletics. Please bring checks and P.O.'s to the meet for proof of entry see Meet Director Ryan Shea.
All fees must be paid before the meet in order to be able to compete. NO CHECK IN THE MAIL!! If your school enters the meet and you are a "No Show", your school still will be billed! Meet entries must be posted by the deadline listed on Alabama Runners prior to the meet. THE DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHTTHE DAY BEFORE THE MEET ! All Entries must be made on Alabama Runners/www.al.milesplit.com prior to to the meet.
Each school is allowed to enter 2 athletes in each event per a school except the 800m and 1600m runs you may enter up to 4 runners. 2 runners will be scoring and 2 runners will be exhibition. Exhibition runners must wear pennies to be identified during these races. Each school must provide their own pennies for their athletes. Give a list of exhibition runners to the Head Timer prior to the start of the meet for your exhibition runners to compete. Each Athlete may participate in no more than 3 events. THIS INCLUDES FIELD EVENT S AND RELAYS!!! Runners must have a hip number while participating in a running event .
Athletes may warm up in designated warm up areas only once their event has been called. All other athletes need to be in the Grandstands with their perspective teams.
Field Event athletes will only be allowed to warm up when an Official has opened up the Field Event area not before hand.
No Electronics will be allowed on the Infield /Track competition area.
Gate Entry Fee: $ 6PER ADULT $ 3 PER STUDENT. Tickets may be purchased on GO FAN at Huntsville City Schools. All current 2020-2021 AHSAA coaching cards will be accepted at the meet if shown. If you DO NOT have your coaching card you will be charged the normal Gate Admission.

Coaches Meeting at 3:15 pm prior to the start of the running events. Discus will start immediately when officials and athletes arrive due to the location of throwing facility. Once the Discus is completed Running and Field events will start promptly at 3:30 pm on a rolling schedule.
