Registration is open to all HCS Middle Schools and the 1st 3 Schools who are Non-HCS Schools .Only 7th and 8th Graders can compete at these meets.
Registration fee for Non-HCS schools is $75 per a team and $150 per a school. Checks will be made out to Huntsville City Schools Athletics. Please bring checks and P.O.'s to the meet for proof of entry see Meet Director Ryan Shea.
No electronics allowed in the throwing areas or on infield/track. This includes headphones and cellphones!
Coaches meeting at 3:20 pm prior to the start of the meet. Field events will begin at 3:30. Hurdles and 100 M will be run during the discus. We will be on a rolling schedule.
Each school is allowed to enter 2 athletes in each event per a school. Each athlete may participate in no more than 3 Events. This includes field events and relays. Runners must have a hip number while participating in a running event.
Athletes may warm up in designated warm up areas only once their event has been called. All other athletes need to be in the Grandstands with their perspective teams.
Field Event athletes will be allowed to warm up when an Official has opened up the Field event area not before hand.
Gate Admission: $6 per Adult $3 per Student. We will use GO FAN at Huntsville City Schools to purchase tickets. All current AHSAA 2023-2024 Coaching Cards will be accepted. If you do not present your coaching card at the gate you will be charged the Gate Admission.
There will be concessions provided at the meet for purchase
