Cost: $125 per team per gender $250 per school or $15 per athlete if not a full team
Thanks to the City of Hoover and Shelby County's Discover Shelby we now have a new course through the woods and the existing course in the field and around the lake will be upgraded and improved. If you did not get a chance to come out and run our Berry Backwoods meet please take time to look at the course map to check out our new course. There may be a slight adjustment made to the start and finish areas, but for the most part this course will be the same as Berry Backwoods.
Athletes will start in the field and head into the woods where new winding trails provide an entirely new experience with several different legs of the trail winding up and down and around some of the hills that were previously only in the background scenery of the old course.
The new course will be very coach and spectator friendly in the woods because the athletes can be seen multiple times as they traverse the new trails back there. The last portion of the course will be around the lake and fields.
