Parking $5
All spectators can park in the front of the school, the side parking lot, and behind the school at the gym. Buses will need to park on the far side of the school (the second entrance, gravel parking lot). There will be a gate for athletes to enter taking them behind the school to the baseball field.
Team Area
We ask all tents and lawn chairs be placed on the baseball field. There is plenty of space.
Timing: XpressTiming will be handling all timing, bibs, and chips for this meet.
Awards
Trophies for the top two teams in each division
Medals to the top ten finishers in each division

8:00 AM - Course Walkthrough
9:30 AM - Varsity Girls
10:00 AM - Varsity Boys
10:30 AM - Jr. High Girls (7th - 9th ONLY)
11:00 AM - Jr. High Boys (7th - 9th ONLY)
11:25 AM - Awards Ceremony at the press box.
Fee
$50/team
Jr. High only = $100 (boys and girls)
Varsity only = $100 (boys and girls)
Jr. High and Varsity = $200
$10 per athlete if less than 5
This meet is sanctioned for AHSAA member schools only!
*Please enter only 7th-9th graders in the Jr. High divisions. No Varsity athletes (10th-12th) should compete with the Jr. High runners.

Varsity runners will make two laps around the 1.5-mile loop. Jr. High runners will make two laps around the 1-mile loop. There are indicators for each half-mile of the course. The course is along the edge of the wood line in the field behind Harmony School. There is plenty of shade along the course and spectator points to encourage your runners.
Warmup
Athletes may use the starting area to warm up up to five minutes prior to their race time.
Concessions/Hospitality
We have a new press box with restrooms located at the top of the baseball field.
Concessions will be sold out of the press box/concession stand at the baseball field. Coaches hospitality will be upstairs in the press box above the concessions stand.
T-shirts will be sold at the concession stand!
Payment
Make checks payable to Harmony Cross Country. Race day checks OR mailed checks accepted.
Packet Pickup
We will have a tent by the press box/concession stand for you to retrieve your teams packet. Payment must be made to receive your packet.
